Skitts Mountain Farms is operated by Skitts Mountain Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect only what we need to answer you, book your visit, and keep you posted — and we never sell your information.

What we collect

• Contact form: your name, email address, phone number, message, and your text-message preferences.
• Field-trip booking form: the details you provide about your group and visit so we can plan it with you.
• Newsletter signup: your email address.
• Field-trip waiver: submitted through our form provider JotForm and handled under JotForm's privacy policy in addition to this one.

How we use it

• To respond to your questions and messages.
• To plan and schedule field trips and group visits.
• To send you news, offers, and updates about the farm — only when you've asked for them.
• To keep our records of customer conversations organized.

Text messages (SMS)

Our contact form asks for your text-message preferences explicitly: you can consent to informational messages (account notifications, customer care, marketing), consent to marketing messages, or decline texts entirely — and we honor whichever you choose. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never sold or shared with any third party.

Who we share it with

We use a small set of service providers to run the website and manage conversations: website hosting and content delivery, a customer-relationship platform that stores inquiries, an email-delivery service for notifications, and JotForm for the field-trip waiver. Each processes your information only to provide its service to us. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Payments and outside links

Season-pass purchases are completed through a third-party checkout page; your payment details go to that processor, not to us. Links to other sites (including social media) are governed by those sites' own policies.

Children

The farm is built for families, but our website forms are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

Keeping and protecting your information

We keep the information you send us for as long as we need it to serve you, then delete it. Our website is served over HTTPS, and access to stored information is limited to the people who help run the farm's communications.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email we send.
• Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts.
• Contact us any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
